ABOUT

I grew up in the Piedmont area of North Carolina with plans on being a mechanical draftsman but I enjoy the outdoors so my new career choice in Law Enforcement brought me to Lillington NC. After retiring and traveling the world I decided to explore my creative side, so I began creating sculptures out of driftwood and that led me to metal sculptures made from reclaimed metal.

I’m a self taught artist and welder with a creative mind learning new techniques along the journey. I enjoy creating new art from reclaimed materials and found metal objects. It's my relax time when I can reach down into my soul and create something that people can relate to. When I’m the one in control grinding them, shaping them, hammering them, heating and welding them into my creations. I work out of studio in Lillington NC. My art is in several art galleries and sculpture exhibitions and in private collections.
